The Idea
Interpreting the " meal of hunting ".
The History
The theme " hunting and picking ", of the French-Japanese collective exhibition of Laune Galerie (exhibition curator Sarah Carrière-Chardon), made me rethinking about the " meal of hunting ". In the corner of a table, two pieces contenant of plastic, soft and translucent, contain the chabrot. This country soup unites a broth of vegetable and carcasses of poultry to a musky red wine which pours in anthropometric chalices. The translucent suspensions of meat, recollections of the hanging game, stand out in the scissors of tailor and settle on the butter of morel of a grilled slice of bread.
