The History
On the occasion of summer Grand Fooding, 10000 ice creams realized in association with Häagen-Dazs were served during the weekends of June to Strasbourg, to Paris, to Nice, to Lyon and to Toulouse.
Vanilla ice cream Häagen-dazs, coulis of black sesame and juice of grapefruit, cubes of crystallized grapefruit, fine sticks of raw beet.
