Be able to distribute easily and fairly petit fours in a cocktail party without being assailed by the eaters starved at the end of work.
The History
Created originally for the restaurant Sketch de Pierre Gagnaire, and Mourad Mazouz in London, the Plateau Canne is also use by the Parisian caterer Potel et Chabot.
The manipulation of this porcelain tray of Limoges and turned beech confers to the headwaiters a certain air majesty.
