The Idea
Create a restaurant, as a space at the same time scenographic and spectacular, who invites the time of a lunch in a global sensory experience.
The History
Designed for a workshop with the students of the École des Beaux-Arts de Saint-Étienne, this restaurant connects the kitchen and the table, with two rectilinear rails on which walk linking trolleys to “the make†and toâ€the eatâ€. Each trolley is a particular moment conveying, besides dishes, a cabbage story .
The meal, designed with Stéphane Laurier, Chef of the gourmet restaurant Nouvelle, is a variation on the theme of the cabbage questioning the product.
