The Idea
Promote the singular excellence of one of the most prestigious houses of champagne, designing a menu with a tasting of Krug's vintages, on board of an air balloon.
The History
It's on a suggestion of Item's agency, and in association with the cook Eric Trochon, was designed this air meal.
The work focused on the savors which have to develop harmonious agreement with the champagne Krug. The appetizer, eaten on the ground, are small fragile bouchées evoking the spatial universe, The dishes savored in the air take into consideration of the specific constraints and their setting-up is less sculptural ( the visual attention is captured by the landscape)
