Design a spectacular and memorable meal.
The History
The implemented machinery creates the unit of time and space convenient to the notion of entertainment. As for the sensory impression favorable to the memorization, it wants rich and extraordinary. A particular attention is focused on the "make understand " of food and their implementation. While staying comfortably sat, the eater-spectator is invited to participate actively in the progress of his meal. Two rectilinear rails connecting and crossing the kitchen and the table on which walk trolleys are the link of the†make†and the†eatâ€. Each trolley is a particular moment, conveying, besides dishes, a story.
